Born/ raised in East Brunswick, New Jerseyuntil 1993; Lived for 2 years in Plano, Texas 1993-1995; Moved to Charlotte in 1995 to start Overstream Landscaping and Irrigation, Inc. Since 1995, my life has been the most exhilerating rush that has just begun! When I started this company almost 13 years ago here in Charlotte, I watched and learned as my Family built a new home and saw what customers want and do not want as they work with contractors.It was at that time I became inspired to build a company based solely upon my passion for the projects.

Greg Hergott

I bring 12 years of pool building experience to the company as well as several years landscaping experience. I hold a General Contractors License for both North & South Carolina and have been involved with the construction of over 900 swimming pools in the Carolinas. My CAD design skills assist clients in visualizing the finished projects. My wife Allison and I have four children and have been married since 1991. In our spare time we enjoy boating on Lake Wylie.

John Ogburn
Design Consultant
I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. I attended East Mecklenburg High School where I first met my future wife, Sarabeth. After graduating from East Meck in 1999, I moved to Raleigh, NC to attend North Carolina State University for Undergraduate and Graduate School. I returned to Charlotte in 2006 to pursue my career in landscape and hardscape design. After 3 years in the industry, I found my home with Overstream in 2011 and am thrilled to be a member of this elite design/build team! I look forward to growing with Overstream and helping homeowners achieve the outdoor living spaces of their dreams!

Favorite Pastimes: I am an avid disc golfer and enjoy playing a round, or two :), any opportunity I get. I am also a huge music fan, and enjoy seeing live music of all types.
